The Best Cameras for Point and Shoot Action

Saturday, January 15th, 2011

Point and shoot cameras are not necessarily for novices. They are the best cameras for people who need to grab their camera a get the shot quickly. Think about your baby’s first steps. If you have to fiddle with the focus and brightness on your digital camera, you will miss the shot. The Lumix TZ10 Panasonic camera will not only get a perfect picture for Grandma quickly, you can shoot high definition movies at the touch of a button. Fortunately, the makers of digital cameras have started making them far easier to use.

Personally, for point and shoot capability, I would always choose a Panasonic Camera. The iA (automatic intelligence) mode is easy to select and it makes it easy to capture beautiful photographs and short videos by handling all the settings for you. This doesn’t take any features away, you can still adjust the exposure, aperture and shutter speed yourself if you desire.

The idea behind point and shoot cameras are that they are easy and quick to use. How many great shots have you missed while trying to focus your digital camera? The best point and shoot cameras are not short on features either. If you get a Panasonic camera with GPS, you will be able to press a button and have your location displayed, making it easy to sort pictures later. These are great features, and perfect for anyone who wants to take great pictures effortlessly.
