34% of mobile subscribers use the email on your phone

In June 2010, users spent 25 minutes to email (if time were condensed into a single hour), according to Nielsen. 34% use their mobile phone in May of that year, as explained by Pew Internet & American Life Project .

The second activity which people spend time is to visit the internet sites (7 minutes), followed by social networking (6:18 minutes) and searches (4:12 minutes).

However, despite the continued success of e-mail, networking is still the fastest growing activity (80% between 2009 and 2010). On the other hand, smartphones have helped networking penetration increases. According to comScore , 53% of smartphone users participate in social networks.

Carry a mobile phone above seems light and pleasant for freedom and the joys of communication from anywhere. However, in less than 100 g concentrates a heavy environmental burden that we are unable to perceive. Not discuss the timeliness or otherwise of this technology, but we can not ignore technology to convert those pieces into something that is renewed once a year and accumulate to an average of 3.7 phones per person is not wise. Global explosion
In 2000, mobile phones had already achieved sales of 500 million units worldwide. In 2005 this figure was already more than 800 million units of which were over 50% contributed by three brands: Nokia (32.5%), Motorola (17.7%) and Samsung (12.7) . 38% of handsets sold when incorporating digital camera in 2004 was only 14%.
To put the magnitude of this trade should remember that in Spain in 2005 sold about 20 million units. 75% of phones sold in 2005 had an integrated camera, Bluetooth were 40% and 96% had color screen, with a notable increase in digital camera phones in the second half.

Economic growth in sales of mobile phones has been placed in recent years between 15 and 20%. Considering an average price of 130 € per terminal (although this value is not real by the grant that provide mobile telephone operators), the annual volume of this business has now reached dizzying figures: more than 2,000 million euros, 90% which correspond to renovation of older models. Statistics show that the average per person is mobile terminals 3.7, and 59% of Spanish mobile change once a year or more (the average mobile device in Spain in 2001 was 1, 55 per home). Either way, there is already talk about what they have been given to possible price and release date, which makes them increasingly take an interest in this terminal. Sharp Touch Wood: A Mobile Wooden Limited Edition

Last year in the MWC in Barcelona we saw a prototype of NTT Docomo curious that stood out for being made of a piece of wood. Well, the Sharp Touch Wood will go on sale next March 2 in a limited edition of 15,000 phones.

The housing is made of Japanese cypress wood and used a thermal compression molding wood, which is also water resistant to insects and fungi. To be of natural wood, each phone has a different and unique design.

Technically, the phone does not stand for anything in particular but their specifications are quite interesting. Touch Wood The Sharp has a 3.4 inch touch screen and 854 × 480 pixels, 5 megapixel camera with auto focus and a microSDHC slot up to 16GB.

The phone weighs 130 grams and measures 120 × 63 × 14.5 mm, but bean-shaped. It is quite likely that we will not see this phone outside the borders Nipponese, but it sure becomes a favorite of collectors.
